BEVERAGE
When it comes to pairing drinks with caviar, the goal is to select beverages that complement and balance the flavours of the caviar without overwhelming it. Here are some of the favoured drink pairings for caviar:

CHAMPAGNE
Champagne is the easiest and safest drink to pair with caviar because the bubbles can help refresh the palate and enhance the flavors of the caviar. When choosing champagne to pair with caviar, it is important to select a dry variety such as Brut, Extra Brut, or Brut Natural, as sweet champagne can interfere with the brininess of the caviar.

VODKA
Vodka is a popular drink to pair with caviar because of its clean and smooth taste, which can enhance the flavour of the caviar. Beluga vodka is a particularly good option as it has a smooth acidity and explosive finish that can act as a palate cleanser between bites of caviar.
When serving vodka with caviar, it is important to serve it cold to enhance its taste. Adding a strip of lemon to the rim of the glass can also help bring out the briny notes of caviar while avoiding overpowering its unique flavours.
To fully appreciate the flavours of both the caviar and vodka, it is recommended to take a small sip of vodka before consuming the caviar.

WHITE WINE
White wines with light, chilled, and fruity characteristics tend to pair well with caviar, as they provide a good backdrop for the briny and creamy flavours of the caviar without overwhelming them. Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chablis, and Chenin Blanc are all excellent options to consider when pairing caviar with white wine.

MEAD
Mead, a fermented honey drink, can be a great pairing option for caviar. Dry meads can pair well with Siberian caviar, bringing out the fruitiness of the roe.

BEER
Beer can be a great pairing for caviar, especially with the right type of beer and caviar. The creaminess of Guinness draught and the nuttiness of amber beer can complement the flavour and texture of Kaluga and Kaluga Amur caviar. Pilsner, on the other hand, pairs well with buttery caviar, while amber beer can be a good match for hybrid caviar.
The roasted malt and barley in a good Guinness draft makes for a perfect pair with Kaluga and Kaluga Amur caviar as they both have a distinct creamy flavour that compliments each other.
Prepare a shot glass with Guinness stout draft beer and add 5g of caviar into the shot. Drink it immediately when the caviar is freshly added into the shot and gently burst the caviar on your tongue. Savour its delicate flavour as it mixes with the bittersweet stout.
