Harvested from the Beluga Sturgeon, known to be the largest species of the sturgeon family and prized for its beautifully large roe, the sturgeon that makes its home in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea Basins is also raised on our farm. The time to raise a single fish is on the average of 10 to 15 years.

 

Colour: Black, dark grey to light grey

Flavour: Slight briny with distinct creamy finish
