Hailing from the Amur River, the farming of this fish is exclusive to China. Through a synergistic relationship we established with partners in China, the Amur sturgeon is now one that is farmed here in Malaysia. This exceptional delicacy takes an average 8 to 10 years.
Colour: Dark brown to light olive
Flavour: Creamy and nutty lingering flavour
