KALUGA AMUR CAVIAR
(Seasonal)

It is harvested from the Kaluga Amur Sturgeon, a crossbreed between Kaluga Sturgeon and Amur sturgeon, also native to the Amur River. Caviar from the hybrid sturgeons are truly unique as they embody the qualities of both Kaluga and Amur in terms of flavor and size. It matures in 7 to 9 years.

 

Colour: Dark brown to lighter brown

Flavour: Slight briny with a buttery finish
